(Approval needed) - Access to basic hand tools, such as different length screw drivers, and allen(hex) key assortment may be necessary. Payment must be made in full prior to Certified Technician diagnosing your request. This covers the initial labor portion of your service(no trip fee applied). If we are unable to complete the diagnosis, we will send out a technician in person and you will only be responsible for the trip fee($80). If you have any questions, please contact us ahead of time. We repair any and all exercise equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, weight machines, etc...), and specialize in cardio equipment repair. Unsure if you need service or have some questions? Standard rates of Service(Residential):
-First hour of Service - $100
-Technician travel fee - $99
-If additional time is needed, we charge at the standard hourly rate in +:15 min increments.
***All service calls are booked at the rate of one hour minimum time with a flat travel fee within our coverage area.
